Abstract:
With the rise of global commerce, both buying agents and e-commerce platforms play critical roles in fulfilling consumer demand. Timely and accurate delivery has become a key factor in customer satisfaction. This research explores the differences in logistics delivery between these two models. Data was collected from 200 orders across 10 popular buying agents and 10 leading e-commerce platforms. Metrics such as delivery time, success rate, and customer complaints were analyzed. The study revealed that e-commerce platforms generally have a higher delivery accuracycustomizable delivery options, such as international shipping and express services. E-commerce platforms benefit from established logistics networks, which contribute to faster and more accurate deliveries. Buying agents, while slower, offer unique advantages such as access to exclusive products and personalized service. Consumers must weigh these trade-offs based on their priorities. Both buying agents and e-commerce platforms have strengths and weaknesses in logistics delivery. For businesses, understanding these differences can guide strategic decisions. For consumers, it highlights the importance of aligning purchasing choices with individual needs.Introduction
